We take the time and effort to conduct a thorough assessment of every client we handle. Each case is unique, that’s why we follow a standard step-by-step process.
STEP 1: Free Consultation
Discuss with us details about the property such as location and any past crimes associated with it. This will help us understand the type of service that you need.
STEP 2: Detailed Proposal with Fair Quote
After the initial consultation, you will receive a detailed and honest proposal. It also includes the proposed quote for the fee. Our rates are always competitive.
STEP 3: Face-to-Face Follow-Up Meeting
Our security managers will meet with you face-to-face to conduct an on-site inspection and walk you through the security plan. This will help us fully assess your security needs.
STEP 4: Plan Finalization and Contract-Signing
We will make final adjustments to the contract based on the agreed expectations, terms, and scope of service. And then, it will be submitted to you for signing.
STEP 5: Final Security Plan and Post-Orders
The final security plan and post orders are based on the contract, meetings with the client, and on-site inspections. Post orders provide instructions for guards on their responsibilities.
STEP 6: Carefully Selected and Trained Guards
Each guard we deploy is carefully selected. We screen each applicant for their skill set, experience, and personality. Those who are selected undergo training and receive special instructions.
STEP 7: Implementation
All guards are instructed to dress decently, arrive on time, and come to work prepared. They are to report to the management and attend all mandatory meetings.
STEP 8: Daily Reporting
Our clients will receive daily activity and incident reports. All communications, feedback, and concerns should be directed to our management team who are available to service you 24/7.
STEP 9: Bi-Weekly Billing
All regular and ongoing accounts are billed bi-weekly. For those with a temporary account, a pre-authorization charge form is required to run the charge after the completion of the service.
